Steps to reproduce
Description
Pihemanu is located on Sand Island in the Midway Atoll. The zone’s region is stated as being Hawai’i but Midway Atoll iis not part of the state of Hawai’i. The atoll belongs to the United States Minor Outlying Islands and so a new region should be designated with that name/description.
The other locations that form the United States Minor Outlying Islands are listed in full on the following page, should any zones ever be created there:
