Interesting about GPS positioning on iOS: ilquest.com/2012/11/02/ios-... Turf for iOS is currently using the default value for CLActivityType but will most likely change to CLActivityTypeFitness in the next release.

I had much trouble with this a few months ago, but since then positioning behaviour hasn't been a problem until this morning. I updated to iOS 7.0.5 last night, maybe the positioning service has changed? Anyway, I am also looking forward to next release of Turfgame for iOS!

I usually go past the zone, away from the road as this will "un-snap" me from the road and then I can head back in to the zone. This is tricky if there a roads on all sides of the zone. If the CLActivityType-thing is the issue I would really like to see this changed as soon as possible.
