When I know I stand in a Zone the gps tolds me that I am about 100 meters away from it or more.

You can try to upgrade the app to the latest version and see if it helps. It could also be a problem with the GPS in your phone. There are some apps for fixing the GPS, for instance GPS fix. Try that as well.
