Steps to reproduce

After using turf for some minuters the app stop replying. The only way to stop the app is via inställningar appar. I am using Huawei P10 and HTC M9. I have seen the same behaviour on both phones and my guess is that it has something to do with an uppgrade of Google play services or Google operatörstjänster.

Same thing for me, not possible to turf, app freezes before it loads completely almost every time. Yesterday afternoon I could take some zones but did not see my "gubbe" while doing so. Today the app has not started completely even once. Agee with above that it seems likely to be some conflict with Google play services.

Turf application v2.0.5 Application goes unresonsive if I open chat or the info windows about myself. Have not tried to take any zones. When I choose to shut down the app after it hangs, it still runs in the background for a minute or so until the OS asks if I want to kill it or not.

It seems the app is functioning again for me after forcing it to stop and cleaning the cache.

The same problem started for me today. I installed a system update yesterday, so maybe something in that is causing the problem? I noticed high battery usage when Turf was frozen. Turf version 2.0.5, Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.0.

Problem phones: Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S9+. Both Android 8.0.0. No freezing so far on Sony Xperia Z5 running Android 7.1.1.

Previous comment and this are both related to 2.0.5, latest version (I did not double check when I made my previous comment, just selected newest version available in drop-down). Problems stopped me using my phone to turf for a few days, then it worked again from September 1 until September 20. Now it is worse again. Frequent freezes and problems to start the app, when it works it uses much more battery and data.

Version 2.0.5 Somethimes the game just freezes do not respond to any keystrokes. The only way to close turf is to force it but after that it is not possible to start the app again - just a black screen. Rebooting the device works but the problem comes back.
