Steps to reproduce
Description
This zone is placed on a slope between a fence and some big pipelines. It's not possible to reach from above or below. So far I can see, none has ever taken it since it was created in 2011. I propose you move the zone closer to, or on the bike way running parallell with Kasenabbevägen, or up to Stadshusets utsiktsplats, or both.
