Steps to reproduce

Description

The zone is in a fenced area that is only open when there is some kind of activity there, which is not so often. 4-5 times a month during the summer and barely sometime during the winter. If it is the intention of the zone that it can only be taken on these occasions, then everything is okay. Otherwise, a move of the zone is proposed to the front of the entrance where the image is taken and my avatar is.

Zone modified to reachable when the park is closed (moved roughly as suggested).
