Move/rename CarolusReXIV due to the Slussen reconstruction

Steps to reproduce
Description
Rebuilding of Slussen. For many years Slussen will be under reconstruction. Already some fence has been up around the zone, however from now on the whole zonarea is blocked by a new extending area surrounded by fences. I suggest a permanent e.g. 3-5 years new spot and maybe a new name.
Please move the zone to Järntorget and either let the name of the zone remains the same or "aka Carolus" or "SuperSub'sZone"
Today I was lucky get my GPSsignal into the zone. Maybe not tomorrow...
