Bara i Turf.

This error relates to my dad Twiggy, not me. The GPS works in Runkeeper but not in Turf. The GPS Deactivated sing comes up after about 10 sec. If you reactivate GPS it shuts down again after 10 sec. I have once deactivated the powerSaving functions for the app in the phone. Then it worked for a few days. But the error came back with the powerSavig funcions turned off.

It's my dads phone, Twiggy. The GPS disconnects after ca 10 sec. If reactivating, it disconnects again after 10 sec. The RunKeeper app is still working though. I once disabled Turf from PowerSaving functions, and after a restart it solved the problem for a couple of days. But now, the app is still disabled in powersaving but the problem has come back.

I have a solution to the problem. Install GPS Test app. Notice the gray GPS sattelites In the menu select clear AGPS. Select then update AGPS. Notice how the GPS sattelites will be red, yellow and green. Problem fixed

I did get this problem this morning. I used the GPS Test app workaround and the problem stopped. My issue was that my GPS turned off 1-3 seconds after being turned on. (i.e. the green man blinked on the screen so the phone got a position fix.) Maps worked so I knew it was not a hardware issue. I did a remove app/shutdown phone/install app and still had the problem until I tested the GPS test app workaround.

Do you get the same problem with the latest Turf version?

The problem is solved for me since I changed my mobile phone to a Samsung Galaxy S6. But in the Turf group on Facebook, it was a person that had a similar problem now when the latest version was released (v1.2.5.1).
