The construction fencing around the area - the whole green area - has expanded again, almost into the road. The result is the zone is again inaccessible; I suspect for some time to come - I just can't get close enough - tantalisingly close, but not enough. Zone will need to be moved; either to other side of the road (around nearby T junction) or moved entirely - I don't know the area well enough to suggest suitable replacement zone.
