The criteria for the medal is 400 relevant contributions. I checked your changes and most of them are small changes, like changing the number of zones where you changed the number of zones for one Municipality at the time instead of all of them in one edit. Please do more work and reapply.

Thanks for the explanation. I had received different information from another Turfer who already has the Expandator Medal and followed the same approach, so I assumed that these edits would count towards the 400 contributions. But regardless of the medal, I think the TurfWiki is a great and interesting resource, especially for new Turfers. So I think the time and effort spent keeping it up to date is well invested. I'll keep working on it and reapply later.
