Description

My green man is like 30 to 50 meters after actual position. Before at Android 15 this never happened

Do you have the same problem in other gps apps? Google maps for instance. Can you try to reinstall the app? And also delete the app cache?

App re-installed - no change App cache deleted - no change Google maps works as long as display is on The behavior occurs when I'm in the zone (display off) and wake up the phone and i see on screen that the green man is way off and moving to actual position. This was not the case with Android 15. Note, I walk so it's not "bicycle lag" After some searching I found a setting in the phone and I feel it helps some. See screenshot. Don't know if that setting is new for Android 16.

You need to change the gps permissions for turf to Always. That should help. I couldn't see your screenshot, so I don't know what setting you found.
