Steps to reproduce

Description

Fences put up to precent entey of the bridge. Need is to move zone 20m to the East so the zone can be taken from under the bridge, from the walk.

Zone moved and since the fencing seems to be more or less permanent the Bridge attribute has been revoked. If the bridge is opened up again in the future the zone can be moved back and the attribute added again.
