Description

Same as with zone PointReyes, there is no network connection out there. I have no clue where to put the zone, there is no connection until you reach the junction Sir Francis Drake Blvd / Chimney Rock Rd

A network coverage map shows that AT&T Mobile has 4G connection not to far away from the zone. But since the zone location as such isn't unique I moved it to a new location in Olema instead. Zone rename KuleLoklo as the same time.
