Steps to reproduce

Description

The zone is currently fenced off, and will (supposedly) remain so until some time this summer. The only way to access the zone physically is to bypass the fence and violate the restriction against civilians inside that area. I will attach a screenshot showing the closest I was able to get.

Zone moved a few metres to allow takes while fences are in place. Minor distance so zone placement not really affected, and possibly better closer to the paths junctions.

Moved ok, but fence also removed - so moved back in 17268
