The Old Tram Road between The Cawsey and the river is shut to facilitate the replacement of the old tram bridge over the river Ribble (this is the route the construction traffic takes). It is expected to be shut until next year. Officially 7 zones are affected but I think we can get away with moving just 3 (for now at least). TheCawsey. Please move approx 50m SE to the other side of the road and the barrier. OldTramRd and TramRd need to be moved. I suggest to the more northerly branch of the old tram road heading SE from zone Many Directions, between Carrwood Way and Todd Lane North. I think it is possible to fit 2 zones in here. Note that zone ManyDirections does not need to be moved as there is a crossing point here. Officially the path along the S side of the river is also shut, affecting zones CloseToRibble, OldTram, RibbleOne and Winery, however folks are dodging round the barriers to traverse this path, so no need to move these zones (yet!).
