Does not work to revisit the zone ParkwayPark (just shows "Taking over zone, please hold").

Steps to reproduce

1. I went to revisit the zone ParkwayPark that I already own (it had been more than 23 hours since it was last visited, so it was revisitable) 2. Waited until the green revisit meter was full 3. The message "Taking over zone, please hold" was shown, then flickered after a few seconds and was shown again, for as long as I stayed in the zone. But nothing more happened. It does not work to revisit the zone and no points are given.

Description

Observed behavior: I tried to revisit the zone ParkwayPark ( turfgame.com/map/ParkwayPark ) a few days ago (by then, it had been more than 23 hours since I last visited it). However, I just kept getting the message "Taking over zone, please hold", even if I tried several times (leaving/entering zone, turning GPS on and off, restarting the app, and so on). I thought it was just some temporary error, so I went home to sleep. But today, I decided to revisit a few zones again in the afternoon. The other zone revisits worked just fine, but I got the same "Taking over zone, please hold" problem at ParkwayPark again. I am not sure why this happens, but it seems to only happen with this zone, since the other zones I revisited (both today and a few days ago) worked just fine. Expected behavior: Instead of "Taking over zone, Please hold" repeatedly showing, you should see the normal textbox after this, saying you got points for the revisit and that it can be revisited again in 23 hours. But that doesn't happen for this zone since a few days. A week ago, it worked as usual.

I just realized what the problem may be: if you look at this zone in the android app and on the turf website, the borders are NOT in the same place (I guess they were moved recently for some reason. Or else, I just haven't noticed it before since I usually come from another direction when visiting the zone). Both today and a few days ago, I was within the borders of the zone in the app when trying to take the zone, but not within the borders shown at turfgame.com/map/ParkwayPark , where the top half of the zone closest to Parkvägen is missing for some reason. Not sure why the borders differ between the map on the site and the map in the app, though.

Thanks for your report! We have a similar issue reported at issues.turfgame.com/view/160 and the developers have been informed. It seems like ParkwayPark has been renamed to Parkhighway in the app but not on the web site. Very similar to the other issue.

☒ I'm also affected by this issue.

Version: 0.9.5

Turfgame.com does indeed show the (new) less complicated triangle shape of the zone but the app still has the multipoint shape between the paved paths.

I just went to revisit the zone to confirm that the borders (and the zone name, even if that's a smaller issue) were the problem, and they are - it works just fine to revisit if you enter the zone from the south (within the zone borders both on turgame.com's map and in the app), but not when entering it from the north (within the borders in the app, outside the borders on turgame.com's map). So if you just make sure that zone borders (and zone names) are the same on the map and in the app, it will probably fix this.

Thank you Vindicator. Is the zone working correctly now?

ParkwayPark is now working correctly. The borders and the name are the same in the app and on turfgame.com's map, and it works to take the zone from the north. So you can close this issue. Thanks for fixing it!
