Steps to reproduce

Start app. The only points visible are the ones I have earned after the issue described below happened.

Description

On 2021-09-05, around noon, all my points went down to 0 and every zone got yellow on the map. My skill level was not affected. The same thing happened to another user at the same time. My points have not been restored yet. Those zones that apparently haven't been claimed by anyone after the above occasion are still yellow. I am able to claim new zones and get points for them. I have not tried to reinstall the app in case that makes things worse. How do I proceed to get my points back?

The first Sunday every month a new round is started and the round points are reset. All zones are also reset to "neutral", i.e. without owner. That is what the yellow color indicates. Your total points are not reset.
