Steps to reproduce

Description

Only access is via private land. It’s “RIVERBLACK” at lat & long 51.864259 & 0.691164. A suitable alternate and as part of a nice footpath by the river would be at 51.865063 & 0.693090 - a little bridge “BWBRIDGE” or similar. It’s over the river in and more importantly legally achievable.

Moved as suggested. Thanks for making a proper issue! UK is tricky with everything being private. I didn't place that zone, but it is troublesome to guess status whenever you leave street view coverage, so please make suggestions for 'unexpected' legal paths.
