Steps to reproduce

Entered a zone (Nearbridge) a few seconds after another user (jskse). Since he was going to capture the zone I left it and went to another zone. When I a few minutes later looked in the app it looked like the other user also left the zone before it was captured (the previous owner of the zone still had it and it wasn't blocked). I went backed to the zone and started taking over it (red bar turning green). When the TO time was over I got a message "zone was blocked" (or something similar). The zone still looked unblocked (and the previous owner had it). After a restart of the app the new owner had the zone and I could see that it was blocked.
