New zone at building site.

Steps to reproduce

Description

Since the zone suggestion was made, a fenced building site has come up at the location. The zone is only accessible from one side and as a narrow part of a parking lot. I made a new suggestion for the zone placement that could work in the meantime. It's a little area with less car access. There are a set of swings, but it's not a playground per se. The building around it maybe could cause some GPS-dancing, but I think it'll work.

The small purple area marks where the zone was accessible. The large area is where the zone could be placed instead.

How large is the building site? Is the circular walkpath west of the swings on the satellite images affected as well, or could the zone be placed there?

I've been to the site and marked it on the map. The red line shows where the fence is. There are a couple of barracks outside the fence at the far right too. Still there seems to be room for a zone in the "park" area. :)
