Description

St Michael's Mount is both part of National Trust as well as a family home. There is an entrance fee to the castle itself (£12) as well as to the gardens. The zone is located on top of the mountain but inside the castle courtyard, meaning that you have to pay to get there. There is also a fee to enter the gardens (£3). I suggest that the zone is moved to the very end of the causeway (a paved walkway across to the mainland, available only when the tide is low). This is at the north side of the island, to the right of the small marina.
