Steps to reproduce

Description

It is not possible to see on the map image but the harbor area has grown an there is a fence making it hard to reach. The zone is outside the fence and it is possible to move past it and take the zone without trespassing, but it is hard and not obvious that it is possible.

The red in the image is an approximation of where there are fences making the zone hard to take as it is.

As reported, zone is tricky to reach, but not impossible. After asking on fb (where feedback was low) I decided to leave zone as is. There is no much better location close by, and adventure zones are fun in a way.
