Description

The majority, about 95%, of this zone is located within a fenced area. The building that is located north of the water tower has been torn down and made into a parking lot and the water tower, lawn, reservoir and water works have been fenced in by a green fence. The zone should probably be moved a bit to the north where it's more accessable. I'll attach some screenshots to clarify my point.

The picture in the middle is taken from a different angle, but it clearly shows that the building has been torn down. The pictures from Google Street view are from 2009 and they don't show the fence.

I'm not that keen on parking spot zones, so now it is 95% over water instead. But it should be takeable from the short bikepath even with severe gps deviation. If not, get back and we'll move it somewhere else.
