Steps to reproduce

Description

Have suggested a movement of this zone before, trying with a better explanation this time. The suggested place is still a deserted area but you don't have to jump over the surrounding fence that is 1.2 meters high.

I see your point and problems, but the zone stays behind the fence to be a zone you can be allowed to keep a little longer. Only a small adjustment of the zone.
