Zone issues is not to have zonemaker to comply with requests, or to request discussions. Any reason for change turfer gives might be biased, or even designed to get an optimal change for self. I don't say it was the case here, or that it is a common problem, but issues with very specific instructions raise the suspicion. I suggest reporting with objective/verifiable facts, pictures, support from other local turfers if you want a specific solution. Or just report problem and see what happens. Sometimes you get a zone you can take from home. Moved to other end. Should probably be relocated altogether, but as it was kind of a special zone I'll do this.
