Steps to reproduce

On an Android-unit, try to write a long message. After 140 characters (same as a tweet), it breaks.

Description

Observed behaviour: When writing a message in the chat, on an Android-unit, you are limited to a maximum of 140 characters. Expected behaviour: There might be a need for longer messages than only 140 characters... especially since I tried writing a long message on an iOS-unit, and gave up after 1030+ characters.

I think we should go the other way and add the same limit to iOS. For smaller screen as the one on my iPhone 5S it easily becomes wall of texts when writing longer messages. Today there seems to be no limit at all for iOS.

The same limit is implemented on ios now
