Sommakoa belongs to Östergötland not Jönköping

Steps to reproduce
Description
Sommakoa is physically placed in Östergötland but it says that the zone belongs to Jönköping. Please set the correct region on the zone OR move it physically to a place in Jönköping. Still Torpa is a place in Ydre that belongs to Östergötland so the most correct is to set the correct region Östergötland.
