Steps to reproduce
Description
Construction site gate was open and no one in sight so, with my short take time, I just cycled in and took it. Apparently it is being converted to have 26 new homes. it might be possible to take the zone whenever that is finished. For now the zone needs moving possibly some way back along the Military Road?
