Steps to reproduce
Description
The entirety of this zone is now located within a fenced-in area for construction, rendering it inaccessible without either cheating or trespassing on the construction site (which is quite possible due to a gap between the southern fence and the rock wall).
As a workaround solution, I would suggest extending the zone southwest or west into the parking lot. That would make it possible to take the zone without cheating or breaking the law, which the current location encourages by making them the only remaining options.
