Fetching api.turfgame.com/v2/zones

Description

Returned data does not contain an "id" for each zone. Also when fetching one or more individual zones (api.turfgame.com/v2/zones/p...) it would be helpful to have the id for each returned zone. Original report here: wiki.turfgame.com/sv/wiki/D...

This is still an issue in API version 3.
