No takeover when being inside zone when blocktime ends

Steps to reproduce
Stand inside a blocked zone, wait until blocktime ends, zone starts to download.
Description
When blocktime from another user ends and you are inside the zone. The zone starts to DL and when the meter is fully green nothing more happens.
You need to restart the app and then it is no problem to DL the zone.
This was a problem in earlier versions but have been gone. Not sure if it's with the latest version it has appeared again.
